مبدأ الجهاز：

يُستخدم آلة تعديل لوحة التشحيم سكة تعليق هيدروليكي لحركة ذهاب وعودة (إلى الأمام والخلف). تُقوم أداة تعديل الماس بتعديل دقيق لسطح تشحيم لوحة التشحيم، لتحقيق تأثير سطح مسطح مثالي.

Equipment Principle:

1.This is a precision lapping equipment. The material to be lapped is placed on the lapping plate. The lapping plate rotates counterclockwise, and the correction wheel drives the workpiece to rotate on its own. Weights apply pressure to the workpiece, and the relative movement and friction between the workpiece and the lapping plate achieve the lapping purpose.

2.The lapping plate dressing mechanism adopts a hydraulic suspension guide rail for forward and backward reciprocating movement. The diamond dressing tool performs precise dressing on the lapping surface of the lapping plate to obtain the ideal flat surface effect.
