Working Principle:

This is a precision polishing equipment. The product to be polished is placed on the polishing plate. The polishing plate rotates counterclockwise, driving the workpiece to rotate. Pressure is applied to the workpiece by means of gravity, and the relative rotational friction between the workpiece and the polishing plate achieves the polishing purpose.

Equipment Features:

This polishing machine adopts two workpiece pressurization methods: cylinder pressurization and weight pressurization. The pressure is adjustable, and the method can be selected according to workpiece requirements.

This series of polishing machines uses a PLC program control system and a touch screen operation panel. The rotation speed, timing, and polishing time of the polishing plate can be directly input on the touch screen; the speed is adjustable, ensuring convenient operation.

The equipment is equipped with three working stations, which can perform polishing of 3 groups of products simultaneously.

It is equipped with an automatic polishing fluid supply system.

Two driving methods (active drive and passive drive) are available for the stopper and cylinder.
