Main Application:

This machine is applicable for double-side lapping and polishing of metal parts (including valve plates, valve discs, friction plates, rigid sealing rings, cylinder piston rings, and oil pump vanes) as well as non-metallic hard and brittle materials (such as silicon, germanium, quartz crystals, glass, ceramics, sapphire, gallium arsenide, and lithium niobate).

Equipment Principle and Features:

Optimized Machine Body Structure: Adopts a double-arm structure with high rigidity and strong pressure-bearing capacity, enabling stable high-speed operation under high load.

Independent Motor Drive for Key Components: The lower plate, upper plate, and sun gear are each driven by independent motors. All motors are variable-frequency motors controlled by variable-frequency speed regulators, allowing operation at any speed within the effective setting range. This realizes smooth stopping, acceleration, deceleration, and direction reversal, effectively preventing the breakage of thin and brittle workpieces.

Pin Gear Transmission for Planetary Gears: The planetary gear transmission adopts a pin gear structure, ensuring stable transmission without impact. The planetary gears have a long monthly service life, and the pin gears are liftable for easy loading and unloading of workpieces.

Fast and Slow Descent for Upper Plate: During the descending process of the upper plate, both fast descent and slow descent are set. The slow descent stroke is adjustable within the cylinder stroke range, and the slow descent speed can also be freely adjusted according to the impact resistance of the workpiece.

Precise Processing Pressure Control: The machine adjusts and controls the processing pressure through a precision electric proportional valve. The processing pressure can be set according to different processing technology requirements, with high pressure control accuracy.

Advanced Control System: Equipped with an advanced PLC system and a touchscreen operation panel. All process parameters and process recipes can be modified and set on the touchscreen, and the entire processing process can be automatically completed according to the set process parameters.

Centralized Lubrication Device: Gears and all moving parts adopt a centralized lubrication device, ensuring good lubrication and prolonging the service life of the entire machine.
