What are the advantages of High-Precision Double-Side Lapping Machine?

The upper and lower grinding plates of this series of grinders are capable of automatic truing.
It features a wider speed range, higher motion accuracy and faster response speed, which can meet the requirements of different grinding materials and processes. It realizes soft start and soft stop, with stable speed regulation and minimal impact.
The truing machine is driven by an independent motor, which ensures smoother sliding of the hydraulic floating guide rail and achieves superior surface truing results.
It adopts a Delta PLC program controller to control the entire machine's movements, boasting high automation. A matched Weinview touch screen serves as the interface to display the real-time status of the whole machine, enabling human-machine interaction with intuitive operation.
Frequency conversion speed regulation and full gear transmission are adopted to ensure stable start-up and operation of the whole machine. Especially at low speeds, it overcomes the jitter and crawling phenomena of the upper and lower grinding plates.
Pneumatic actuators and pneumatic control components produced by Airtac are adopted in a matching configuration, realizing stepless pressure regulation of the grinding plate in four stages: light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure and precision grinding, which provides better grinding efficiency and a wider range of grinding process options for workpiece grinding.
The height of the sun gear can also be adjusted by regularly increasing or decreasing the number of gaskets.
This equipment can set and store 30 sets of different process parameters (pressure, speed, time, number of revolutions) for users to select and use.
