Equipment Principle:

1. This lapping machine is a precision lapping device. The product to be lapped is placed on the lapping plate. The lapping plate rotates counterclockwise, while
the workpiece rotates on its own. Pressure is applied to the workpiece by means of cylinder pressurization, and the relative rotational friction between the workpiece
and the lapping plate achieves the lapping purpose.  

2. The plate dressing machine adopts a hydraulic suspension guide rail and cooperates with a diamond dressing tool to perform precise dressing on the lapping
plate, ensuring the lapping plate obtains high-precision flatness.  

Equipment Features:  

1. The flatness of the lapping plate can reach 0.01mm.  

2. For workpiece pressurization, this lapping machine can use weights or self-weight pressurization, and the pressure is adjustable.  

3. This series of lapping machines adopts a PLC program control system and a touch screen operation panel. The rotation speed, timing, and lapping time of
the lapping plate can be directly input on the touch screen; the speed is adjustable, enabling convenient operation.  

4. The equipment is equipped with 1 working station (including 1 set of weights) and can perform polishing and lapping of 1 group of products simultaneously.  

5. Equipped with a grinding fluid circulation filling system.
