Product Details

Equipment Principle:

  1. This lapping machine is a precision grinding equipment. The product to be ground is placed on the grinding plate. The grinding plate rotates counterclockwise while the workpiece rotates on its own. The workpiece is pressed by means of cylinder pressure, and the relative rotational friction between the workpiece and the grinding plate achieves the grinding purpose.
  2. The plate dressing machine adopts a hydraulic suspension guide rail, and uses a diamond dressing tool to precisely dress the grinding plate, ensuring the grinding plate obtains precise flatness.

Equipment Features:

  1. The flatness of the grinding plate can reach 0.01mm.
  2. The workpiece pressure application of this lapping machine can adopt weights or self-weight pressure, and the pressure is adjustable.
  3. The series of lapping machines are controlled by PLC program with a touch screen operation panel. The rotation speed, timing and grinding time of the grinding plate can be directly input on the touch screen, with adjustable speed, ensuring convenient operation.
  4. The equipment is equipped with 1 working station (including 1 set of weights), which can perform polishing and grinding processing of 1 group of products simultaneously.

  5. Equipped with a grinding fluid circulation filling system.
