Main Application:

This polishing machine is suitable for single-side polishing of large high-precision workpieces and mass production of small workpieces.

Examples of applicable materials include aluminum alloys, stainless steel, tungsten steel, light guide plates, ceramics, silicon wafers, sapphire, valve plates, and diamond drill bits for oil drilling—covering both metallic and non-metallic materials.

Working Principle and Features:

Gantry Structure: Adopts a gantry structure, ensuring more scientific stability and a long service life.

AC Variable-Frequency Motor Drive: Powered by an AC variable-frequency motor, it enables soft start and soft stop for stable and reliable operation.

Four-Stage Pressure Lapping Process: The lapping machine operates with four pressure stages: light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure, and finishing pressure.

Button-Type Operation & Variable-Frequency Speed Regulation: This series of lapping machines uses button-type operation and variable-frequency speed control. Motor speed and running time can be directly input on the control panel.

Independent Slow-Descending Cylinder for Upper Plate: The upper plate is equipped with a dedicated slow-descending cylinder, which not only effectively prevents the breakage of thin and brittle workpieces but also allows independent pressure control.

Precise Control via Electronic Preset Counter: An electronic preset counter is used to accurately control the number of lapping cycles and meet specific processing requirements.

Lapping Plate Finishing with Trimming Machine: The lapping plate can be finished using a trimming machine. The trimming machine adopts a hydraulic suspension guide rail for front-and-back reciprocating movement, and cooperates with a diamond trimming tool to perform precise finishing on the lapping plate, ensuring the lapping plate achieves high-precision flatness.

Large-Size Drive Shaft Design: The drive shaft features a large-size design, which enhances shaft rigidity and eliminates vibration caused by insufficient rigidity.

Independent Drives for Upper/Lower Lapping Plates and Sun Gear: The upper lapping plate, lower lapping plate, and sun gear are each equipped with independent drive units, allowing separate speed adjustment and direction control.

Added Weighing & Pressure Control Functions: Equipped with a weighing system, linear pressure control function, and real-time pressure monitoring function.
