Equipment Principle:
This is a precision lapping and polishing machine. The material to be lapped and polished is placed on the lapping plate. The lapping plate rotates counterclockwise, and the correction wheel drives the workpiece to rotate on its own. Pressure is applied to the workpiece by means of gravity, and the relative movement and friction between the workpiece and the lapping plate achieve the purpose of lapping and polishing.
The plate dressing machine adopts a hydraulic suspension guide rail for forward and backward reciprocating movement, and a diamond dressing tool performs precise dressing on the lapping plate, ensuring the lapping plate obtains high-precision flatness.
Equipment Functions:
Equipped with frequency conversion control, it realizes soft start and soft stop, resulting in low impact force and reduced workpiece damage.
A timing function is adopted to control the processing time. When processing products, the time and rotation speed can be preset on the panel; when the working time reaches the preset time, the machine stops automatically, enabling better control of product dimensions.
The workpiece pressurization of the lapping machine adopts weight blocks or self-weight pressurization. After polishing, the workpiece surface has the characteristics of high brightness, no scratches, no marks, no material lines, no pitting, no edge collapse, and high flatness.
An intermittent automatic liquid spraying device is adopted, and the liquid spraying interval can be set freely. The grinding fluid can be evenly sprayed on the lapping plate to ensure the stability of the workpiece. This reduces lapping time, saves consumable costs, and meets environmental requirements.
Imported motors are used to ensure the stability and service life of the equipment, as well as meet the precision requirements of workpieces.
The flatness of the lapping plate can reach 0.002mm.
