The copper strip uses "double-sided synchronous polishing" and is treated with a wool felt roller and acidic polishing fluid; the copper tube adopts "simultaneous internal and external polishing" and operates at medium temperature in alkaline polishing fluid.
  3. Copper alloy precision parts: Produces parts with Ra 0.08-0.1μm (such as brass bearings and connectors). Through a high-precision copper material polishing machine, diamond micropowder heads are used with anhydrous ethanol for polishing to improve grinding accuracy and polishing effect.

2. Application Industries and Key Roles

  1. Electronic information industry: Assists in the processing of PCBs and connectors. Increases the signal rate of 5G PCBs by 15%-20% and ensures the stable operation of equipment.
  2. Automobile manufacturing industry: Processes bearings. Reduces bearing wear by 30%.
