If scratches appear on the workpiece surface, prioritize checking the lapping fluid filtration system, clean filter impurities, and replace deteriorated lapping fluid. If thickness tolerance is out of range, calibrate the thickness measurement device first, then inspect the flatness of the lapping plate and pressure. Common maintenance misunderstandings shall be avoided: do not use ordinary lubricating oil instead of special lubricating oil, do not adjust pressure and spindle speed at will, and do not ignore regular replacement and filtration of lapping fluid.
